2. What is sold

The Kneedeck supporter licence: a personal licence, valid for life, that unlocks the features kept for people who support Kneedeck (today the tablet's themes, then what comes with new versions). It is activated online, through kneedeck.com, on 2 PCs at most.

3. Price

Pay what you want, from €3, in euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French tax code.

4. Payment

By card, on Stripe's secure payment page.

5. Delivery

A licence key is sent by email to the address given when paying, within minutes of the payment. It is pasted into Kneedeck: Settings, "Support Kneedeck", "I have a key". A lost key is sent again on request.

6. Right of withdrawal

The licence is digital content supplied without a physical medium. When paying, the buyer picks one of these two options, and gets the key right away in both cases:

7. Use

The licence is personal: it is not resold or shared. Professional use (VR arcade, school, event, team lounge) needs a pro licence, granted on request at contact@assodio.fr.

8. Warranty

Kneedeck is provided as is. If something is wrong with the key, write to contact@assodio.fr: ASSODIO answers and finds a solution.

9. Personal data

The email address is used only to send the key, send it again if it is lost and answer questions. It is never sold or given to anyone. Payment is handled by Stripe, under its own terms. To see or erase your data: contact@assodio.fr.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Any complaint should be addressed to contact@assodio.fr; ASSODIO undertakes to reply within fifteen working days. Failing an amicable solution, the buyer may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator ASSODIO answers to: CM2C, Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 14 rue Saint Jean, 75017 Paris, France, www.cm2c.net.
